The actuator and adjustment mechanism of the Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator is a unified unit with a diaphragm, piston, fork and rack and pinion. The long piston stroke is suitable for applications requiring a large thrust; the diaphragm stroke is small and can only directly drive the valve stem. The fork-type pneumatic actuator has the characteristics of large torque, small space, and the torque curve is more in line with the torque curve of the valve, but it is not very beautiful. The rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable operation, safety and explosion-proof, etc. It is widely used in power plants, chemical industry, oil refining and other production processes with high safety requirements.

Advantages
The Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator uses a rack and pinion drive structure and a widened guide PTFE slide design to greatly increase output torque output efficiency. The adjustable range of bidirectional angles up to ¡À10¡ã can meet the needs of all types of rotary valves. The bottom connection is ISO5211 compliant and can be mounted directly on top of ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, etc. The solenoid valve interface on the top and side of the actuator complies with the mamur norm standard, making it easier to install control accessories such as solenoid valves, triplex and limit switches.
